  • All orders final.  Sorry, no refunds.
  • Acceptable forms of payment are by Credit Card, Money Order, or Cash.  Ideally, send payment via Priority Mail, which includes tracking.
  • Orders ship within 2-10 days of receipt of payment.
  • Seeds are solely for novelty purposes  and are sold as Collectibles & Souvenirs only.
  • Humboldt Collectibles & Souvenirs Inc. is not responsible for non compliance of local, state, or federal laws.  Please, abide by the laws of your particular locales.

We respect your privacy, and any information collected will have limited disclosure to administrators of the site, company employees, and contractors. This is the information we may collect:

  • We may collect browser and IP information in order to better understand how Humboldt CSI’s visitors use its website – we don’t share this information publicly and any personally identifying information can be deleted upon request.
  • If you leave comments on the website or post on the forum, your username will be public.
